Katie is the Manager here at Thyme. With extensive experience in hospitality management and her passion for delivering exceptional customer service, Katie is set to lead our team to new heights.

Our Head Chef Jack only uses the very best local produce & seasonal ingredients to create our dishes at Thyme Kitchen. Jack’s known for his bakes and his brownie trimmings are always the highlight of the day!
Sous Chef Magda is the much loved mom of the kitchen, making sure everyone is fed and cared for!
Verity is another member of our amazing FOH crew! She’s a leader of a Scout Group, budding cook & above all else an amazing runner! Verity will be running the 2024 London Marathon to raise money for a cause very close to her heart, Cardiomyopathy UK.
Jack is one of our FOH members! Jack enjoys spending time outdoors and going to the gym, along with spending time with family and friends going on lots of adventures.
Callam is new to team Thyme! He enjoys socialising with his friends, and spending time with his horse, Arney.
Jonny is our KP at Thyme, who has now been with us for over 2 years! Jonny loves to go plane spotting & taking himself on adventures all over the World.
